Monthly Membership Quotas & Waiting List
We are limited to accepting only 75 new members a month, due to our collective purchasing contracts. We are not open to the public.
New Membership Quotas are announced on the 15th of each month.
If we are unable to accept your membership at the time of your application, you will be placed on the waiting list and be notified of availability as soon as the next round of quotas are announced. Please call us to check availability.

How To Register
You may register for Executive Club Blue Membership by entering your email address in the registration box at the top of this page.
If there is a membership quota available, you will receive a confirmation by email. If not you will be placed on the waiting list and the TechWarehouse Membership center will be in touch with you when we have availability.

Getting Your Membership Card
After you have completed your first purchase, you will automatically receive a personalized membership card with your TechWarehouse Account Number.
Your card serves as your unique ID for TechWarehouse services. Your card must be presented at the time of purchase, for warranty claims, cash refunds or cashing in bonus points.

The TechWarehouse Low Price Guarantee is our guarantee that that whenever you shop as a member, we're confident you're getting the best deals.
It's simple.
We'll refund the difference if you find the same product or service cheaper with any other Sri Lankan dealer within 24 hours of your purchase. Back to top |
Requesting Refunds
To request a price match refund, just email pricematch@techwarehouse.lk including: the name of the website where the product is cheaper, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper product, your search criteria (dates / times / number of items/ shipping etc), your name, email address and contact telephone number along with your TechWarehouse order number.
You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card or as a Cash credit towards your account.

Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Only TechWarehouse Members are eligible for a price-match refund
Your refund request must meet the following conditions:
# You are purchasing from Sri Lankan Dealers / Retailer appointed by Authorized Sri Lankan Distributors. It does not apply to items purchased on the "gray market"
# The Authorized Dealer / Retailers must have the identical product and/or goods in stock or service immediately available (not on request) and the product, goods and/or service is priced accurately
# Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase online to pricematch@techwarehouse.lk
# Please note, our price match guarantee does not apply for Used Products / Second Hand Items
COMPARING PRODUCTS
# To qualify, we must be satisfied that both products / services are identical eg: the same class of processor, memory, compliance and geographical certification (US, EU, Asia), software licenses, physical dimensions, performance criteria, colors, warranty schemes, service agreement (eg, Operators/ISP's in the case of Mobile Phones), original equipment certification, government taxes and duties
# the product / service you have found is actually available to book as one package on the same website
COMPARING PRICES
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
# Prices are compared on product price and when calculating the competitor's total price comparisons will include the cost of the product plus handling and delivery charges
# The TechWarehouse price match refund guarantee does not apply when you use coupons/vouchers or other promotional offers on the alternative website
# The TechWarehouse price match refund guarantee is only available against products goods or services found within 24 hours of making your booking at TechWarehouse and any refunds must be made to the card you used to make your original booking at TechWarehouse
# The TechWarehouse price match refund guarantee does not apply to any TechWarehouse sale items
# The TechWarehouse refund guarantee does not apply to any Warranty Services that are not Officially given by the Manufacturer
# The TechWarehouse refund guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time and is only available to purchases made in Sri Lanka

Pick It Up @ The Warehouse
We make shopping fast, convenient and easy.
Once you call and reserve your item you can pick it up @ 532A Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 8.
Please call and check item availability before visiting the Warehouse. Orders placed by 12.00 pm can usually be picked up in the morning the next day. If the item is available you may pick it up the same day.
